Hunt For Treasure respects your privacy. We will never sell, rent, give away or otherwise disclose your information to any third parties other than our associates who will be organising your events, unless we are required to do so by law.
We store your data (name, contact details and enquiry) as a legitimate business interest because you have asked about one of our treasure hunts or are an existing client. We hold information for as long as we deem necessary. It is not held indefinitely if we cease to work together.
We only collect the information that you send to us. We use Google Analytics and Statcounter on some of our web sites. This data is anonymous and stored only by Google and Statcounter. We do not store any of your personal data on our website.
We will use your personal information to provide you with the information you have requested and/or relevant to the treasure hunt you have booked. It is also needed for internal record-keeping.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you may request that we provide you with the details of the information we hold about you. You can also request that we delete all of that data. We will comply with either request within 28 days.
We do not use cookies, however, Google, Statcounter and Wordpress may place these on your computer in order to provide us with details of visits to our websites. We do not and cannot read this information and, should you choose to refuse cookies from any Hunt for Treasure website, you will have exactly the same user experience as visitors who accept these cookies. We understand that, according to the privacy policies of the preceding three organisations, these tracking cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information.
